The preparation of technical documentation in construction includes the development of a series of projects (preliminary design, design for building permit, and construction design) to determine the concept, construction methods, and maintenance of the facility. The process includes site analysis, geodetic conditions, technical control, and alignment with spatial plans.
Construction of all types of facilities is carried out according to the project design and includes site preparation, earthworks, foundation construction, structural erection, installation of utilities (water supply, sewage, electrical, and ventilation), and fitting of exterior and interior joinery.
Reconstruction of a building encompasses construction works that modify structural elements, technical specifications, or the purpose of an existing building while maintaining its dimensions. This includes modernization, replacement of installations, and reinforcement of the structure.
Remediation of a building encompasses construction works for the repair and replacement of structural elements or installations, without changing the external appearance and dimensions. The objective is to remediate damage, reinforce the structure (e.g., foundations), and extend the building’s lifespan. The works include repair and structural interventions, and often energy-efficient refurbishment to improve efficiency.
Adaptation refers to the execution of construction and other works on an existing facility, whereby the organization of space within the facility is modified; devices, installations, equipment, and systems of the same capacity are replaced, without affecting the stability and safety of the facility, without altering structural elements, without changing the external appearance, and without impacting the safety of adjacent facilities.

Miloja Đaka Residential Building
The residential and commercial complex on Miloja Đaka Street in Dedinje is designed as a concept merging urban architecture with the natural environment. The ground floor and three upper floors (two standard and one recessed) are designed to accommodate 16 apartments. The basement level will feature 4 commercial apartments and 1 commercial space, while the two-level underground garage will provide 32 parking spaces. Vertical circulation includes an elevator and a staircase.

Tempo Tower
The Tempo Tower complex will dominate with its modern expression and a 34-story tower. The location of this complex is of strategic importance and possesses exceptional urban potential, as it is situated on the boundary between different types of terrain and on a natural elevation, making it a potential urban-iconic landmark of the city. Tempo Company LLC was founded in 1992.
In accordance with the dynamic changes in the business environment, operations have been adapted over time to market needs, adjusting activities and their segments in line with macroeconomic conditions and following turbulent market changes.
Tempo Company began its first significant business activities in 1995 in the trade sector. Over time, the focus shifted increasingly toward the development of real estate investment projects and construction works. Business operations gradually concentrated on investment projects, including construction project management, facility construction, real estate investment, and development of proprietary sites.
Earlier years of operation were based on the preparation, development, and implementation of investment projects on proprietary sites. Tempo Company also engages in consulting activities related to real estate construction and associated design activities. This segment of the business is based on preparing sites for known clients and preparing and securing technical documentation. In earlier years, Tempo Company generated its business revenue primarily through the sale of real estate, residential and commercial space, and land.
Since 2020, Tempo Company, as a firm with extensive experience in the construction sector, has also participated in public procurement procedures.
